Authenticity & Certification

Are the collectibles officially authorized?

Yes. All collectibles are created and released directly by Brendan Murphy and his studio.

Are the sculptures personally hand-inscribed?

Yes. Each sculpture is individually hand-inscribed by the artist with his distinctive formulas and visual language, making every piece unique.

Are the collectibles limited?

The collectibles are produced in carefully controlled studio quantities. While not formally numbered, each work is individually hand-finished and released directly by the artist’s studio.

Are the editions numbered?

The sculptures are not individually numbered. Each piece is unique due to the artist’s hand-inscription.

Are the sculptures signed?

Yes. Each sculpture is personally signed by Brendan Murphy.

Do I receive a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Each sculpture is delivered with a gallery-issued Certificate of Authenticity attesting to the work and its origin.

Orders & SHIPPING

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all Brendan Murphy Collectibles.

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched directly from our gallery.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Germany: approximately 3–5 business days
  • European Union: approximately 5–10 business days
  • International destinations: approximately 10–25 business days

Orders are typically dispatched within a few business days after purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Will my order be insured during shipping?

Yes. All shipments are dispatched with appropriate transport insurance and
remain insured until delivery.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an artwork?

Yes. Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us promptly upon receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards as well as selected secure online payment methods, including Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are taxes and customs duties included?

Prices include VAT where applicable.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties or
