Refund Policy

Return Period 

We offer free worldwide returns. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and returned in its original packaging or equivalent professional packaging suitable for artworks and collectibles. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange the complimentary return shipment where applicable. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages or Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you prefer is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period 

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and in the original packaging or equivalent professional packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
