His monumental Boonji Spaceman was installed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., standing as a symbol of exploration and human connection.
Additional highlights included the solo exhibition Life is Electric at Gullotti Gallery in Perth, Australia, the installation of the 22-foot Boonji Spaceman titled Lightning in Perth, and new works presented at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, KSA.
In 2024, Brendan Murphy continued to expand his global footprint with major solo exhibitions across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East.
His works were presented at Art Miami + Context Art Miami and featured in solo shows at Ahlam Gallery in Riyadh, District Gallery in Cleveland, and Gallerie Fine Art in Oslo.
A new seven-foot steel sculpture was also installed at Silo Ridge, underscoring Murphy’s continued exploration of scale, form, and human connection.
In 2023, Brendan Murphy unveiled his seven-foot Vamos sculpture at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca—a tribute to human drive and perseverance.
The year also featured solo exhibitions at DTR Modern Gallery in Boston and Carousel Fine Art during Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary, highlighting Murphy’s ongoing dialogue between art, emotion, and energy.
In 2022, Brendan Murphy’s monumental Boonji Spaceman was installed at Minute Maid Park in Houston, marking one of the artist’s most publicly visible works to date.
The towering sculpture stands as a symbol of curiosity and human aspiration, connecting audiences far beyond the traditional gallery space.
Alongside this landmark installation, Murphy continued to explore the emotional depths of his practice through his exhibitions LFG at Seven to Eight Gallery in Hamburg and with Nicole McGraw Fine Art at Palm Beach Modern + Contemporary. Together, these projects reflected a year defined by artistic reach and emotional resonance across continents.
In 2021, Brendan Murphy unveiled his most dazzling creation to date: Frozen With Desire, the Diamond Boonji Spaceman adorned with 6,200 responsibly sourced diamonds totaling 517 carats, presented at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York City. The piece became an instant icon, celebrated for its fusion of art, innovation, and luxury.
That same year, Murphy expanded his monumental Boonji Spaceman series with largescale installations across the globe, including a 22-foot sculpture at Hodges Bay Resort in Antigua and a 19-foot installation at The Arx in London. These works further established Murphy’s vision of art as a conduit for curiosity, connection, and positive energy.
Additional milestones included Art Miami with Nicole McGraw Fine Art and a Sotheby’s Online Auction in collaboration with the Norton Museum of Art, marking 2021 as a defining year in the artist’s international ascent.
